My name is Kristy, and I am with the Discovery Coast Equine Connections – Horses Helping Humans Program in Agnes Water.  HHH is an approved licensed centre and NDIS-eligible activity.

Offering horse-communication and connection sessions with both individual and groups, participants get to interact with horses and ponies while completing on-the-ground activities (no riding).

Horses Helping Humans can help clients increase motivation and self-confidence, improve critical thinking, communication and leadership skills and can support a person with mental health challenges, including depression and anxiety, positively impacting all areas of their life.
